Goals/Plans:-Meet on a bi-monthly basis -Maintain organizational finances, insurance, and reporting -Research and apply for grants -Administer any grants received -Research sponsorship opportunities -Solicit sponsorships -Follow-up with sponsors (thank you letters, reminders for annual renewals) -Promote membership -Maintain membership database -Follow-up with members (annual renewal notice in February, lapse membership reminder in May) -Develop partnership opportunities -Board development through training of new Board members, review of new Board applicants and generation of recommendations -Hire VGBN staff -Collaborate with other committees Announcements:
