The Board of Directors is the decision-making body of VGBN, and thus provides the leadership and commitment necessary to carry out the mission of the organization. The board meets semi-monthly on the second Tuesdays of odd numbered months from 6:00pm- 8:00pm.

ADVISORY BOARD
The VGBN Advisory Board is appointed by invitation of the Board of Directors and provides the organization with critical feedback on our activities from a broad range of viewpoints from individuals with expertise and experience in the building industry and with an interest in furthering green building in Vermont. The role of the Advisory Board is to give input on the long-term direction of VGBN (vision and mission) and on the short-term issues like the yearly initiatives.
